Managing Director
Avi Jacobson is the founder of Solmedica. Before turning to consulting, he served as an officer in the United States Air Force Special Operations, where he confronted firsthand the harsh realities of deploying and sustaining critical military operations in austere environments—an experience that shaped his deep conviction in the power of adaptive energy, security readiness, and strategic planning.
Following his service, Avi pivoted toward solving complex challenges in energy, defense, and public-private partnerships. In his work, Avi uniquely blends operational defense experience, energy and climate-security awareness, and financial structuring: making him especially well-placed to assist organizations operating at the nexus of defense, and business/finance.
At Solmedica, he draws on this rare mix of military discipline, technological insight, and strategic financial acumen to help clients navigate uncertainty, assess risk, and develop resilient, impact-driven strategies.
